Improving Warehouse & Inventory Management is a focused, practical program for warehouse supervisors, inventory controllers, store managers, and operations staff who want to improve efficiency and apply best practices in stock and warehouse management. Delivered by a PhD trainer at Oman Logistics Academy over two blended sessions, the course covers warehouse layout, design, and storage systems; receiving, put-away, and dispatch procedures; stock classification and cycle counting; inventory control techniques such as EOQ, safety stock, and reorder point; and an introduction to Warehouse Management Systems WMS. |
