The “Future Leaders Program” is one of the strategic initiatives offered by the Oman Logistics Academy, in collaboration with local and international training partners. The program aims to qualify and empower young national talents to assume leadership roles in the logistics and supporting services sector, in line with the objectives of Oman Vision 2040.

The program focuses on developing leadership, managerial, and digital skills through:

• Comprehensive training stages including theoretical and practical learning.
• Professional mentoring by local and international experts.
• Field visits to local and international logistics organizations.
• Capstone projects addressing real challenges in the logistics sector.
• Internationally accredited training certificates.

The program spans 6 to 9 months and targets recent graduates and high-potential national staff in logistics organizations, preparing a new generation of leaders capable of driving a transformative impact
